Hi my name is Emi.

I love making things who living in Sydney, Australia.
I started ecoprinting(botanical printing) in 2020 during covid-19 pandemic.

When I felt isolated, I often go out side for a walk.
Surrounding myself within a beautiful trees and creatures in neibourhood soothed my mind.

There are so many unique native trees, flowers and creatures in Australia. 

Eucalyptus trees are one of the most iconic Australian native trees and there are more than 700 species.

I named my website “myeuca” from the eucaluptus trees that I had a special connection meaning, my eucalyptus tree. 

I feel lucky to be able to call this beautiful county home apart from another beautiful country where I came from, Japan.

My ecoprinting technicque is mixtre of Japanese natural dye(Kusakizome).

I would be happy to share you my knowledge of amazing natural dye and ecoprinting world.
